so i can say i appreciated more “ender's shadow” than scalzi's “zoe's tale.” at least, there was little to bean's background so it could be fleshed out
When Bean is sent to Battle School, he is constantly compared to the great Ender Wiggin, but Bean knows things Ender doesn't even dream of. And Bean knows that he can help Ender.
